We’re Pawsitive Impact Network, and we’re not your average dog rescue. We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a big mission and even bigger hearts:
To be a beacon of hope for dogs in peril and fight for every dog’s second chance through rescue, boarding, transport, disaster relief, and education.

Let’s face it—Texas (especially San Antonio) has a dog overpopulation crisis. Shelters are overwhelmed. Dogs are being euthanized simply because there’s no space. It’s heartbreaking, it’s wrong, and we’re not standing for it.

What Makes Us Different?

Unlike traditional rescues, we’re building a network that tackles the problem from all sides. That includes:

• Rescue & Transport: We get dogs out of overcrowded shelters and into safe, loving homes—even if that means driving across the country to do it.
• Boarding Facilities: We’re building our own safe havens starting right here in rural Texas, so rescued dogs have a place to land while they wait for adoption or transport.
• Mobile Adoption Center: Yep, we’re converting a bus so we can bring dogs to the people—think of it as a food truck, but with tail wags and kisses.
• Disaster Relief: In year three, we’ll launch a fully-equipped Mobile Disaster Response Unit to help save dogs in natural disasters, from hurricanes to wildfires.
• Education & Advocacy: We’re not just saving dogs—we’re helping people understand how to be part of the solution.

Why Now?

Because the crisis isn’t slowing down. Every single day, dogs in shelters are running out of time. And yet, with a little creativity and a lot of love, we can absolutely change the outcome. We just have to act—fast and smart.

That’s why we’ve created a 5-year plan that’s ambitious, strategic, and built to actually work. Year one is all about launching our first facility and getting our mobile adoption center on the road. We’re bootstrapping, fundraising, and hustling with every ounce of energy we have (and we have a lot).
